Several boards per account: one for work, one for home, one for that side project.

• Each board is a full list of its own, with its own days and carry-over. Switch between them with the tabs above the date, or with Alt + 1…9 (⌥ on a Mac); a number on each tab says how many tasks are still open on it today.
• Create, rename, reorder and delete boards right from the tabs. The board your account came with can't be deleted.
• Assistants know your boards too: they read all of them unless you name one, and add tasks to the one you say.

Our biggest release yet: a brand-new look, and Wise Owl now works with your AI assistants.

• Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code or any MCP client to your list. Ask them what's still open, to add or move tasks, to plan your day or to review your week. In Claude or ChatGPT you only need the address; for other assistants, create an access token in your settings. Your settings also list every change assistants make, and you can disconnect them at any time.
• A new design, with a dark mode that follows your system, a progress bar for the day and a calendar that marks the days with tasks.
• Reorder the tasks of a day by dragging them, or with Alt + ↑ / ↓ without leaving the keyboard.
• Web addresses in a task are links: click to open them in a new tab (⌘ or Ctrl + click while you're editing the task).
• Search the day's tasks with ⌘K / Ctrl+K.
• Changes are queued and sent in order, even when the connection drops, and an indicator tells you when everything is saved. When you come back to the tab, you see what changed meanwhile on your other devices or by an assistant.
• Works fully with the keyboard and screen readers, with readable contrast in light and dark mode.
• Without an account, unfinished tasks now reach today even after several days away.

• Finally Wise Owl is available on multiple devices for the same user! You can now use Wise Owl in your phone, tablet, and computer and all your tasks will be synchronized.
• We have the new Log in / Sign up pages in Wise Owl. Now you can create an account and log in to Wise Owl to have your tasks synchronized in all your devices.

• Now you can directly paste to do/done tasks from a markdown file in Wise Owl.

• Added the floating menu that allows you to sort tasks and apply bulk actions on them. Also, you will be able to decide when passing tasks from a Friday to the next day whether you want the tasks to skip the weekend or not.
• Now you can visit the homepage to read information about Wise Owl even after you have started to use this amazing tool.

This is the first public release 🎉 These are the main features:

• Add the tasks you need to do each day so you can calendarize them and avoid feeling overwhelmed by the amount of work you need to get done.
• Manage those tasks easily: mark them as done, discard them, or move them to the next day.
• Your unfinished tasks from yesterday will be carried out automatically to today, so you can avoid doing that manually.
